Making an insurance claim

You can find the specific details on how to make a claim in the policy documents for your insurance document purchased through Harry Hall. A link to your policy documents can be found in our app or in your welcome emails. If you know which insurance product your purchased and the time your policy started or renewed you can also follow our guide to making a claim below.

Making a Fracture Claim (Enhanced Members only):

Fracture Claim Notification Instructions: Enhanced Members sustaining a fracture whilst taking part in equestrian activities must:

  • As soon as possible place themselves under the care of a duly qualified Medical Practitioner
  • Request a Fracture Claim Form
  • Notify Harry Hall using the following contact details:

Please use BLOCK CAPITALS and return it to: FAO Harry Hall Insurance Claims, 4 Coop Place, Hope Park Business Centre, Bradford, BD5 8JX How to submit your form:

  • The insured must fill in all sections of the electronic PDF Fracture claim form.
  • The insured must download and save a copy of the completed form to the local device drive.
  • The insured must upload the below documents to their Harry Hall Customer Portal (Documents section) and attach:
    • a) Completed Fracture cover claim form
    • b) Medical Report
