Policy Summaries
- Cover for you and a maximum of ten horses* (the maximum number of horses you own).
- For Family members the cover is extended to four family members living at the same address and a maximum of ten horses.
- Public Liability Insurance up to a limit of £10,000,000
- Cover is limited to:
- The maximum number of horses/ponies owned by an individual member being 10, of which they are the registered owner or have a loan/share agreement in force.
- The policy covers recreational riding and ownership or control of horses, including fun rides, local gymkhanas, hunting, leisure driving and unaffiliated dressage and jumping shows. All other activities are excluded. Should you choose the Gold Plus or Platinum membership cover is extended to include events organised by or affiliated to The Horse Agility Club, British Eventing, British Dressage, British Showjumping & British Show Horse Association and also to AQHA Arena based trail riding.
- Personal Accident Insurance up to £10,000
- Cover is limited to:
- Death – £10,000
- Permanent Total Loss of Sight of One Eye – £10,000
- Permanent Total Loss of Sight of Both Eyes – £10,000
- Loss of one or more limbs – £10,000
- Permanent Total Loss of Speech – £10,000
- Permanent Total Loss of Hearing (a) in one ear – £2,500 (b) in both ears – £10,000
- Permanent Total Disablement – £10,000

Anyone holding either an ‘Enhanced Gold’, ‘Enhanced Gold Plus’, ‘Enhanced Family Gold’, ‘Enhanced Family Gold Plus’, ‘Enhanced Platinum’ or ’Enhanced Family Platinum’ Harry Hall One Club Membership benefits from Rider Fracture Cover.

- You are able to cancel Gold or Platinum membership within the first 14 days, provided you have not submitted a claim under the insurance policy, or placed an order. A full refund will be issued with no admin charges. If any orders have been placed during the membership you will be required to either return the order in full under the Harry Hall Returns policy or be invoiced the remainder of the non-member price. Alternatively, if you still wish to benefit from product savings you can downgrade to Bronze membership at a cost of £10 per year. After these 14 days you can cancel the policy at any time and a prorata refund will be issued minus a £15 admin charge or the balance of the membership is due, whichever is the lesser amount.
- Membership subscriptions run for one year from the date of joining. Payments will be taken, monthly or annually depending on the options chosen during sign up and will recur until cancelled.
- If payments fail or do not process for any reason, your membership and/or cover will stop with immediate effect.
- If you decide to make payments for your Gold or Platinum membership on a monthly basis, should you cancel your payments for any reason during the year, you will be required to settle any outstanding balance.
- If you have made a claim or you are aware of an incident that may give rise to a claim during the current period of insurance, then you must pay the annual premium in full.
Platinum Membership Explained
Yes, you would be covered if you use another person’s horse however should you be hiring a horse from a business then they should be covering this under their own policy arrangements.
Gold Plus and Platinum Membership covers: affiliated (The Horse Agility Club, British Eventing, British Dressage, British Showjumping and British Show Horse Association) and unaffiliated events.
This is on top of the standard policy coverage for recreational riding and ownership of horses/ponies; driving, hunting, participation in local gymkhanas, unaffiliated dressage and jumping shows only.
All other activities excluded.

Please note that mid-term you can only upgrade from Bronze to any Gold or Platinum membership or a single Gold membership to a Family, Plus, Platinum or Enhanced membership.
