The giveaway is open to all active members of the One Club who have downloaded the official app, are residents of the UK excluding Northern Ireland and are aged 18 or older. Employees of One Club or its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

To participate, entrants must spin to win via the app during the designated competition periods. Each logged-in account is eligible for up to one prize per giveaway.

Harry Hall will select the number of winners corresponding to the number of stated prizes in each giveaway (each a “Winning Member”) by way of automated computer process which produces verifiably random results prior to the prize period stated in the app (each a “Prize Period”). The member with the policy number that corresponds with the number of the Winning Member shall win one prize (each a “Winner”). 

For each Draw, each Winning Member will win one of the prizes from those promoted in the app, which shall be either randomly selected or determined by Harry Hall in its discretion. The decision of Harry Hall in relation to all aspects of the One Club Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into about it. The winner will have until the end of the prize period to spin to win and access the prize claim details.

Prizes will vary and be displayed in the app. The availability of prizes will be updated alongside the giveaway counter. Images and descriptions of prizes represent the best available information but are subject to change.

Any prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Harry Hall reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Harry Hall’s control makes it necessary to do so.

Winning members have 14 days to claim a prize or forfeit it.

Details on how to claim prizes will be available in the app after spinning to win. Some prizes may require redemption codes, or arrangements with third-party providers. 

Harry Hall shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the prize(s) to the Winner within 28 days after the applicable Draw Date, but the Winner acknowledges that this timeframe is dependent on the Winner claiming the prize(s), the date on which such claim is made and the delivery location of the winner.

Additional rewards such as partner discounts will be highlighted on the app page. Certain rewards may require direct arrangements with the featured partner companies.

All terms and conditions regarding the giveaway are subject to change and will be updated directly in the app. Any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of Harry Hall. By taking part in the One Club giveaways, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not participate in One Club giveaways.  

By participating, entrants consent to the use of their names and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring proceedings in respect of the One Club giveaways in your local courts. 

Harry Hall will collect personal data collected on administering the giveaways, choosing the Winners, corresponding with the Winners, distributing the prizes and dealing with any queries or complaints from you. Harry Hall is not responsible for any technical issues, disruptions, or errors that may occur during the giveaway. Prizes are provided “as is” and no warranties are given regarding their quality or suitability. For any third-party prizes, Harry Hall bears no responsibility for the actions or omissions of external companies.

Harry Hall reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the app.

Harry Hall reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaways or any part of it where it becomes necessary to do so.
