Making an insurance claim

Making a Fracture Claim (Enhanced Members only):

Fracture Claim Notification Instructions:

Enhanced Members sustaining a fracture whilst taking part in equestrian activities must:

  • As soon as possible place themselves under the care of a duly qualified Medical Practitioner
  • Request a Fracture Claim Form
  • Notify Harry Hall using the following contact details:

How to submit your form:

  • The insured must fill in all sections of the electronic PDF Fracture claim form.
  • The insured must download and save a copy of the completed form to the local device drive.
  • The insured must upload the below documents to their Harry Hall Customer Portal (Documents section) and attach:

a) Completed Fracture cover claim form
b) Medical Report
