Harry Hall One Club & Insurance Terms and Conditions
- Your membership and/or cover is activated on purchase.
- Your membership number can be accessed in our Harry Hall insurance portal. Use the same login you use for HarryHall.com.
- You are over 18 years old or have parental consent to join the Harry Hall One Club if under 18.
- Membership subscriptions run for one year from the date of joining. Payments will be taken, monthly or annually depending on the options chosen during sign up and will recur until cancelled.
- If payments fail or do not process for any reason, your membership and/or cover will stop with immediate effect.
- If you decide to make payments for your Gold or Platinum membership on a monthly basis, should you cancel your payments for any reason during the year, you will be required to settle any outstanding balance.
- You can cancel your direct debit at any time, but this does not cancel the membership. However, if payments fail or do not process for any reason, your membership and/or cover will stop with immediate effect and after the direct debit is cancelled, you may still have a balance remaining, which will be taken from the card used on your account.
- Harry Hall One Club membership gives you exclusive discounts all year round. This includes rider wear, horse wear, pet products, supplements, gadgets, grooming products and much more. Certain product exclusions do apply.
- Harry Hall One Club Gold, Gold Plus and Platinum membership gives you FREE delivery in mainland Britain.
- Harry Hall One Club Bronze membership gives you unlimited FREE delivery with a minimum spend of £50.
- Discount codes and gift cards are not eligible for use when purchasing membership.

- You are able to cancel Gold or Platinum membership within the first 14 days, provided you have not submitted a claim under the insurance policy, or placed an order. A full refund will be issued with no admin charges. If any orders have been placed during the membership you will be required to either return the order in full under the Harry Hall Returns policy or be invoiced the remainder of the non-member price. Alternatively, if you still wish to benefit from product savings you can downgrade to Bronze membership at a cost of £10 per year. After these 14 days you can cancel the policy at any time and a prorata refund will be issued minus a £15 admin charge or the balance of the membership is due, whichever is the lesser amount. If you wish to cancel, we’ll be sorry to see you go, then please call our team on 01274 711011 or email contact@harryhall.com.
- You are able to cancel Bronze membership within the first 14 days, providing you have not placed an order. A full refund will be issued with no admin charges. If any orders have been placed during the membership you will be required to either return the order in full under the Harry Hall Returns policy or be invoiced the remainder of the non-member price. After these 14 days there is no right to cancel the membership during the year and no refund will be issued.
- Our Single Gold Membership covers up to 1 Policy Holder and a maximum of 2 Horses. Our Gold Family Membership covers up to 4 Family Members and a maximum of 4 Horses, with our Platinum Membership covering a maximum of 10 horses. Gold/Gold Plus and Platinum Membership includes Public Liability & Personal Accident Cover for the volumes listed above.
- Family Members must share the same address.
- You must ensure you select the appropriate level of membership to be covered correctly.
- This is an insurance of last resort – If at the time of any claim there is any other valid insurance policy available to you which entitles you to an indemnity, or would have entitled you to an indemnity if this policy did not exist, then the insurance offered by the Gold or Platinum membership policy will be in excess of and will not contribute with such other insurance.
- If you have made a claim or you are aware of an incident that may give rise to a claim during the current period of insurance, then you must pay the annual premium in full.
Cover provided with Gold and Platinum Membership
Harry Hall One Club Gold and Platinum memberships give you unlimited FREE UK mainland delivery with no minimum spend.
Public liability insurance up to a limit of £10,000,000*
Cover is limited to:
- The maximum number of horses/ponies owned by an individual members being 2, of which they are the registered owner or have a loan/share agreement in force.
- The maximum number of horses/ponies owned by all members on the Family membership being 4, and one of the family members must be the registered owner of the horses/ponies or have a loan/share agreement in force.
- The maximum number of horses/ponies owned by an individual Platinum membership being 10, of which they are the registered owner or have a loan/share agreement in force.
- The policy covers recreational riding and ownership or control of horses, including fun rides, local gymkhanas, hunting, leisure driving and unaffiliated dressage and jumping shows. All other activities are excluded. Should you choose the Gold Plus or Platinum membership cover is extended to include events organised by or affiliated to The Horse Agility Club, British Eventing, British Dressage, British Showjumping & British Show Horse Association, British Working Equitation and also to American Quarter Horse Arena based trail riding (AQHA).

Personal Accident Insurance up to £10,000*

Benefits 1 – 7 as detailed below and defined on page 6 of the policy wording. Please note there is no cover for Temporary Total Disablement.
- Death – £10,000
- Permanent Total Loss of Sight of One Eye – £10,000
- Permanent Total Loss of Sight of Both Eyes – £10,000
- Loss of one or more limbs – £10,000
- Permanent Total Loss of Speech – £10,000
- Permanent Total Loss of Hearing (a) in one ear – £2,500 (b) in both ears – £10,000
- Permanent Total Disablement – £10,000

Enhanced Personal Accident Insurance including Rider Fracture
Anyone holding either an ‘Enhanced Gold’, ‘Enhanced Gold Plus’, ‘Enhanced Family Gold’, ‘Enhanced Family Gold Plus’, ‘Enhanced Platinum’ or ’Enhanced Family Platinum’ Harry Hall One Club Membership benefits from Rider Fracture Cover.
