Cancellations and Amendments
Whilst we’d never want to lose a member of the One Club we do want to make the terms of cancellation as transparent as possible. Follow the guidance below and refer to your policy documents to help make an informed decision should you wish to cancel or amend your policy.
You should make any request for cancellation of a policy by email, in writing or by telephoning the Customer Service Team on 01274 711011
Membership cancellation terms
You can make changes and amendments to your policy online by clicking ‘Manage my Policy’ and logging into your insurance portal.
- Membership subscriptions run for one year from the date of joining. Payments will be taken, monthly or annually depending on the options chosen during sign up and will recur until cancelled.
- If payments fail or do not process for any reason, your membership and/or cover will stop with immediate effect.
- If you decide to make payments for your Gold or Platinum membership on a monthly basis, should you cancel your payments for any reason during the year, you will be required to settle any outstanding balance.
- You are able to cancel Gold or Platinum membership within the first 14 days, provided you have not submitted a claim under the insurance policy, or placed an order. A full refund will be issued with no admin charges. If any orders have been placed during the membership you will be required to either return the order in full under the Harry Hall Returns policy or be invoiced the remainder of the non-member price. Alternatively, if you still wish to benefit from product savings you can downgrade to Bronze membership at a cost of £10 per year.
- After 14 days you can cancel the policy at any time and a prorata refund will be issued minus a £15 admin charge or the balance of the membership is due, whichever is the lesser amount. If you wish to cancel, we’ll be sorry to see you go, then please call our team on 01274 711011 or email contact@harryhall.com.
- You are able to cancel Bronze membership within the first 14 days, providing you have not placed an order. A full refund will be issued with no admin charges. If any orders have been placed during the membership you will be required to either return the order in full under the Harry Hall Returns policy or be invoiced the remainder of the non-member price. After these 14 days there is no right to cancel the membership during the year and no refund will be issued.

- You have 14 days from receiving the policy to write confirming that you do not wish to continue, any premium which has already been paid will be returned in full. After this 14 days you can cancel the policy at any time and a prorata refund will be issued minus a £15 admin charge or the balance of the policy is due, whichever is the lesser amount.
- Amendments to policies and copies of insurance certificates are chargeable with a small admin fee of £10 per policy/certificate. This includes adding or changing named horses.
- If payments fail or do not process for any reason, your cover will stop with immediate effect.

- If you have made a claim or you are aware of an incident that may give rise to a claim during the current period of insurance, then you must pay the annual premium in full.
