Horse ownership has never been cheap, and in recent years many riders have felt the pressure more than ever.
One Club was created to provide practical support to help make horse ownership more affordable. Rather than offering a standard membership package, we built something flexible that reflects the realities of modern equestrian life.
Members can access insurance, legal support, exclusive discounts, free delivery and returns, accident cover, will writing services and much more, all designed specifically for horse owners and riders.
Listening to the Equestrian Community
Everything we develop starts with understanding what matters most to our customers.
Our Horse Census research highlighted the sacrifices many horse owners are making to continue caring for their horses, from giving up holidays to cutting household spending. The findings reinforced the need for products and services that provide genuine value and meaningful support.
That feedback continues to shape the benefits and services available through One Club today.
Doing Things Differently
One Club challenges some of the traditional approaches to equestrian insurance and membership.
Members can build insurance cover around their own needs, manage policies digitally and access documents on the move. We’ve also worked closely with insurers to offer flexible options that recognise how horse owners actually live, ride and care for their horses.
The result is a service that combines convenience, protection and value in one place.
