From day one, Harry Hall One Club has been shaped by horse owners. The starting point was a simple observation – horse owners need more than an insurance policy that sits in a drawer until renewal time. They need support that helps them navigate the realities and cost of horse ownership every day.
Over the years, members have told us what matters most through conversations, surveys and our Horse Owner Census. Those insights have helped shape everything from our products and services to the way we support our community. The result is a membership that combines insurance, legal support and extra perks in one place, designed around the real needs of horse owners rather than traditional insurance models.

Transparent pricing across our core insurance products also helps make finding the right cover simpler and more accessible.
Many of the features we offer today started as challenges shared by our members. Multi-horse cover is one example. We regularly heard from owners who wanted to protect all their horses but found the cost difficult to manage. Today, multi-horse cover is a standard part of our approach. Legal expenses cover was developed for similar reasons, helping members feel more supported when faced with unexpected issues that can bring stress, uncertainty and expense.
Our app has become an important part of that experience, bringing membership benefits together in one place. Members can access their digital membership card through their phone wallet, making it quick and easy to prove public liability cover at shows and events, as well as access community offers and event tickets.

But products and technology only tell part of the story. What matters most is the support members receive when they need us. That focus has helped us achieve a 95% recommendation rate, alongside an Excellent Trustpilot rating and 4.8 stars from more than 22,000 verified Reviews.io reviews.
Perhaps most meaningful of all, one in five new members joins Harry Hall One Club through referral. In a community built on reputation and trust, that level of recommendation means a great deal to us.
