A Pony Meant to Be, Lucy & Joey
We’re incredibly proud to have Harry Hall One Club member Lucy and her much loved partner Joey heading to Horse of the Year Show 2026.
Their story is one of friendship, trust and a partnership that has grown over six years, with Joey helping Lucy achieve more than she ever imagined.
Easy to Understand Cover
Lucy and 15 year old Inverin Paddy, affectionately known as Joey (after one from “The Only Way is Essex”) have shared six years together and are now looking forward to the biggest stage of their partnership.
Joey came into Lucy’s life at a poignant time, spotted by her dad at a show just before she lost her beloved pony of 20 years.
From the very beginning, Joey felt like a true “fate pony”. Easy-going at home and at shows, with a mischievous side thrown in, he loves his treats, cuddles and countryside hacks and has helped Lucy achieve more than she ever imagined.
Lucy discovered Harry Hall One Club after a friend recommended it, and after comparing a quote with her previous insurer, decided to make the move.
“It is an easy to understand membership and offers extra optional insurance cover for things like Tack and Vet Fees to make sure you are covered for what you need.”
The Right Cover in Place
For Lucy, having the right cover means she can concentrate on enjoying her time with Joey, whether they are competing or out hacking.
“Having insurance with a trusted company like Harry Hall gives me reassurance and confidence when I go out competing, whether affiliated or unaffiliated. I know I have cover in place to take care of me and Joey”
She also values the friendly, helpful service from the Harry Hall team.
“I like how friendly the staff are and how happy they are to answer any questions you have.”
“Harry Hall One Club gives me all my insurance in one place, covering my needs, with helpful and informative staff there to support me when I need them.”
With a place at Horse of the Year Show now secured, Lucy and Joey are preparing to take their special partnership onto the biggest stage yet.
Wishing you the very best of luck Lucy & Joey from all of us at Harry Hall HQ
